Shakshuka | Zucchini & Potato



Shakshuka is a traditional, stew-like vegetable loaded dish with poached eggs typical of Tunisian cooking.

This ready-to-eat shakshuka is made by slow-cooking a carefully selected mix of zucchini, potatoes, onions, peppers, and tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil, our very own traditional harissa paste, and smoked paprika.

Expect melt in your mouth veggies, caramelized notes, complex aromatics, and a little undertone of smokiness. Simply pour into a pan, crack some eggs, and let the fire do the magic for you! Or skip the eggs and enjoy with any protein of your choice.
