How do I know which size will fit me best?
If you have any questions about sizing feel free to reach out via our CONTACT form or feel free to give us a call. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements with your note and we’ll help you out.
- Want to include a gift note with your purchase?
Just write the note you would like to include in the 'Special Instructions' section at checkout.
- What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, just give us a shout via our CONTACT page.
- What’s the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase has been shipped and it will include tracking. If you have any further questions about the status of your order CONTACT us.
- What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
CONTACT us ASAP and we will get you taken care of.
- My package hasn't arrived but says it was delivered.
If your package has been lost in transit CONTACT us.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- When can I expect my package?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase from Houston, TX. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-5 business days.
- Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes! We offer overnight shipping for orders within the U.S. You can select Next Day Air for $35 at checkout.
- What is your return policy?
For online orders, we accept items unopened, unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the U.S.
You have 14 days from the order arrival date to to return your item(s). Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
We offer an extended holiday season return policy. For orders placed from November 23 through December 25, you have 30 days from the order ship date to return your item(s). Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
- What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received more than 14 days from the ship date are ineligible for return. However, exchanges may be made for up to 30 days after purchase.
- What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
Exchanges are accepted for up to 30 days after the purchase date.
- When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will issue the refund within 2-3 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
- How do I return an order from within the U.S.?
For our US customers we provide a pre-paid return label to make it super easy for you to send it back. Just reach out via the CONTACT page and we will issue your return label.
