Cultivated in the Mejerda Valley of Tunisia, an historic artichoke-growing region, H'rouss translates to "lightly chopped". Artichoke petals and hearts are chopped together, then in a traditional Berber method, preserved in extra virgin olive oil.

This product is great on pizzas, added to salads, in pastas or as a garnish for grilled fish. Works beautifully on charcuteries plates or in picnic baskets as well!
