Amolitta Pasta ® is a small company in Maine making Italian style traditional dried pasta. We believe it is best to Eat Better Pasta ®. They imported pasta equipment from Italy, and trained with a pasta master in Italy with decades of experience. They make their pasta with North Dakota semolina wheat. The pasta is made in small batches, bronze cut giving it a rough texture, and slow dried at low temperatures giving it true firm to the bite "al dente" quality that is so much better to eat.
