This delightful oil is a blend of Biancollila and Nocallara olives, both of whhich are native to Sicily. It s a medium fruity oil with notes of tomatoes and artichokes, and the finish has lingering bitter and spicy notes. There are four different labels all representing Sicilian hostory and culture, bbut each bottle contains the same oil.
