A salty, peachy, pithy and hazy wine from the Banyuls-Sur-Mer subregion of the Roussillon in far southern France. It is a blend one third Vermentino that has three weeks on skins and two thirds unmacerated Grenache Blanc. Farming is organic without chemicals or machines in the vineyards. Everything is worked by hand and mule. Wild yeasts fermentation, no fining or filtering, and no additives including no sulfur added.
