The Son of Man Someday Vermouth series is a seasonal release. They take their bright Sagardo, fortify it with distilled cider and flavor it with 20 different ingredients. This harvest vermouth includes fresh orange peel, clove, artichoke leaf, birch bark, cinnamon, sarsaparilla, and chamomile for the perfect fireside sipper. The result is a cocktail in a bottle, best served neat or on ice at 5pm after a cross country ski. Just another way to enjoy our Basque style cider from Oregon’s Columbia River Gorge.
