Martin's is one of the last bakeries in the country to make a HANDMADE HEARTH BAKED PRETZEL! Using the same techniques since they started in 1935, they've been twisting each delicious, sourdough pretzel & sourcing ingredients from small farms in the Northeast. The pretzels begin with a simple - and secret - sourdough recipe of flour, water, yeast, and salt. Bakers then hand-roll and hand-twist each and every pretzel.
