Consider this a legacy product. Hen of the Woods first made this dip when they first made their Red Wine Vinegar chip back in 2013 for their first chip customer, a local bar. Not much has changed since then when it comes to the recipe, which is super duper secret, and it still holds the crown as the office favorite.
