Fix & Fogg
ABOUT FIX & FOGG
Six years ago, we started Fix & Fogg when we were expecting our first child. Previously both lawyers, we made the choice to leave behind corporate life and dedicate our time and energy into creating something meaningful, sustainable, and delicious. We decided to make the best nut butters.
We began selling our range of nut butters at local markets in our home town of Wellington, New Zealand. But getting F&F to the USA - the home of peanut butter - had always been a dream of ours. Two years ago we began sending jars from our New Zealand nut buttery to Amazon … but you guys went crazy for it, so we took the leap and began making our nut butters in the States. However, living on the other side of the world, meant this was no easy task. We jumped on planes and travelled all over America to figure it all out - we’ve been all over your great country everywhere from Baltimore to Austin to New York to Boulder and beyond.
In June this year, we opened a small retail window in Houston so we could personally share with you our great products, values and proud kiwi story. You can read more about our Texas window here.
We’re honored that our nut butters have now won awards worldwide - but even more so that Americans like you are out there supporting this journey that we're on. You’re our people. We wouldn’t be, couldn’t be doing this without you.

WHAT’S IN A NAME?
Our name comes from two characters from the classic 1873 adventure novel, Around the World in 80 Days by Jules Verne: Phileas Fogg and Detective Fix.
Like the story, the idea of embarking on a great journey, taking risks and trying new things resonated with us - you can get a taste for it in our unusual peanut butter varieties, innovative packaging and although we're not quite sold in 80 countries around the world... maybe one day we could do just that.

SUSTAINABILITY
We also believe in doing our bit for the environment which is why we’re big on reducing food waste and recycling. Our nut butters are packaged in recyclable glass jars and we get creative turning the end of our production runs into Lucky Dip Butter.
All of our nut butters are GMO-free, vegan friendly and don’t use any palm oil.
We’re so proud to say that Fix & Fogg is the first New Zealand owned food manufacturer to be awarded B Corp certification. It is a huge milestone for us and shows how deeply we care about what we do and committed we are to our values.
COMMUNITY
Our work with charities means a lot to us. At Fix & Fogg, we believe in giving back to the community that supports us - it's a big part of who we are and what makes us tick.
We donate to a number of American (and New Zealand) charities like the Greater Chicago Food Depository and the Equal Justice Initiative.
If you have community focused idea or event then please get in touch as we’d love to support you. You can email us at info@fixandfogg.com.
